Suffield/Granby Youth Football and Cheerleading is administered, funded and coached 100% by volunteers. It is not a town sponsored program. Within the course of the regular season, We host four home games requiring more than 40 jobs to be filled by volunteers for a great game day. The $50 work bond is a step taken to ensure that all families share in the work. At the end of each season, the We are only as strong as the volunteers who willingly commit their time and energy to its success.

Volunteer Guidelines:
  1. Each family must sign up for 6 credits per child in the program (Max=10 hours for multiple family players/cheerleaders in program).
  2. Food Booth = 2 credits; all other jobs = 1 credit
  3. A minimum of 2 credit per child must be in the food booth.
  4. Sign the log book (located at food booth) to receive credit for job.
  5. If you are unable to fulfill an assignment, please find a replacement (a complete schedule by game will be posted under the “Volunteer” tab).
  6. Additional credits may be required if Jets host post season play.
  7. Questions? Contact Volunteer Coordinator Liz D'Onofrio  momof @gmail.com)
